I went to the grocery store and saw a container of edible flowers. So I have been wanting to try new things, so why not...
There were two types, the first one was orange and it tasted quite bitter, but the marigold tasted just like salad. We were pleasantly surprised by the second one. This is my youngest daughter trying it. She was a little leery at first but she did it!
Have your flowers and eat them too!
