I made applesauce for the first time. I went to River City Produce with a friend and we split a box of organic apples. I made an apple crisp for my husband and was trying to decide what to do with the rest of the apples! Applesauce. I have never tried it and every time I get it at the store I want a smaller portion. It was terribly easy. I am pleased!~
