This quilt was my birthday blocks that I received from the Germany Quilt Guild in Stuttgart Germany. I provided the main fabric and then they added what they wanted in a 12 1/2 in block.
For my son: He wanted a racecar quilt. He loved the flames
This one I made for my step father.
Two runners I made. The main color is different. One I gave to my husbands secretary in Germany. She was such a wonderfully good person. I was so grateful for all she did for him.
Baby Blanket!
So this is a topsy turvey log cabin. I used lots of fabric from clothes I had made for my children and/or had used making them other quilts. Loved it with the stars!
Close-up that is blurry!
Quilt for my son. He was in his amphibians stage.
Quilt for my daughter Jessica. Favorite colors, red and pink!
This quilt was made from handkerchiefs I picked up in Germany and France. I loved that each one was different. I placed them on a white background and sewed them on so that I had a consistant size to work with. Surprised my daughter Kaitlyn with this one!
Quilt for my niece. It was a signature block quilt.
Found these blocks and they screamed my mother! All fall colors and prints. She seemed pleased with it!
Another view of my daughters quilt.
A close up of the quilt for my son.
Son's quilt (farther back!)
