I am part of a food co-op in San Antonio, Texas. Since joining it has opened up a wealth of opportunities for me to buy organic items for my family. We had an offer to buy flats of strawberries so I decided to try my hand at my jelly. I made it once before in Germany with someone else and so I was a little apprehensive.
So when I loaded the pictures they came out backwards.
Almost ready to place the jars into and heat their little bottoms!
My husband agreed to prepare the strawberries. So we cut and sliced for about an hour!
Aren't they beautiful!
