These two machines were used to process the olives.
We were offered lunch after the tour for an extra $10.00.
A few of the members of the Culinary Group that went from the San Antonio Herb Society. We had a lovely day and it was so informative. I believe everyone left with an olive tree except me because I had already planted one. Here is the link:
